Pulley menu acceleration

Now it seems that the pulley menu uses zero acceleration - it scrolls exactly for the same distance your finger does. Due to the size of the menu your movement has to be quite precise. It's nearly impossible to use pulley on the move. I suggest to add negative and/or speed depended acceleration to pulley menus, or to make it adjustable.
