Yeah, when I was younger I managed to use HTC Pharos (320*240) with stylus while riding the bicycle (and being a bit drunk). Bicycle was in hands free mode.

It doesn't help too much. Look: first pulley item is selected at ~12 mm shift and second at ~19 mm. So it's a matter of 7 mm. I think it's too precise.

Do you have haptic feedback enabled? That makes it a lot easier: I have no trouble to use it even while jogging!
